The Southbend BGS/22SC Bronze double convection oven has solid-state thermostat controls so users can adjust the temperature between 140 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Its ten included racks can be moved to 22 total positions across the two cavities. Each door provides a tight seal, preventing heat from escaping and keeping food warm. With glass windows in each door, users can monitor food inside the oven as it cooks.
With its 60-minute cook timer, the Southbend BGS/22SC full-size natural gas convection oven alerts operators when cooking time is complete so they can remove the food before it burns. The front, sides, and top are made of stainless steel and can be cleaned swiftly after use. To prevent overheat, the two-speed fan has a cool-down feature. This unit informs users when it is ready for use with a light.
